ORDER
The short grievance of the petitioner is against the
suspension of his authorization vide order dated 03.12.2021 made by respondent No.3 at Annexure-L.
In the above circumstances, this writ petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to avail the remedy of appeal within four weeks, and to facilitate such availment, the impugned order is kept in suspended animation for the same period.
All contentions are kept open.
