ORDER
The challenge in the writ petition is to the order whereby petitioner’s Bank Account was freezed; learned AGA appearing for the respondents now submits that after the completion of investigation, Charge Sheet has been filed and that the petitioner has been cited only as CW59 and further that his Bank Account has also been defreezed.
In view of the above, this petition is disposed off as having become infructuous.
Whatever the amount petitioner has deposited in the Registry of this Court vide interim order dated 05.06.2017 shall be refunded to him forthwith through RTGS, if he furnishes the Bank Account details.
Costs made easy.
