ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits and the
learned AGA on request having accepted notice for the respondents does not much dispute that the subject matter of this Writ Petition is substantially similar to the one in W.P.No.27740/2018 (GM-POLICE) between SAI RECREATION CLUB Vs. THE STATE OF KARNATAKA AND OTHERS, disposed off by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 17.07.2018.

SECRETARY disposed off on 11.12.1974, it has been held that like cases should be treated alike and if relief is granted to a litigant, similar relief cannot be denied to other similarly circumstanced litigants, subject to all just exceptions.
In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off in the same terms as has been done in the aforesaid Writ Petition; this apart, petitioner shall follow COVID related restrictions too.
No costs.
