THIS WRIT PETITION IS FILED UNDER ARTICLES 226 & 227 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA PRAYING TO DIRECT THE R-1 AND 2 TO STATE THERE CAN BE A COMMON ORDER FOR DIFFERENT PETITIONS HAVING DIFFERENT CAUSE OF ACTIONS WITH RESPECT TO ANNEUXRE-A.

THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR ORDERS ON THIS DAY THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING ORDER.

A Coordinate Bench of this Court in W.P.No.1355/2021 & connected matters disposed off on 19.05.2021 at para No.7 of its judgment has observed as under:

“7. In consideration whereof, this Court would proceed to hold that the writ petitions filed by the petitioner is a blatant abuse of the process of this Court. There is absolutely no merit in these writ petitions. Therefore while dismissing the writ petitions, it is hereby directed that the petitioner shall be precluded from filing any other writ petition in this regard. The petitioner, no doubt, is required to be saddled with exemplary costs, but payment of costs shall stand deferred. If the petitioner files any other writ petition/ proceedings in this regard, office shall put up a note regarding the directions issued hereby. The petitioner shall be called upon to deposit Rs.1,00,000/-(Rupees one lakh), without which the matter shall not be listed. On such deposit, the costs shall tendered to the respondentViveswaraya Technological University. In hope and

trust that the petitioner would realize the futility in knocking at the doors of this Court and on the contrary, the need to single mindedly concentrate on studies and in acquiring knowledge would ultimately dwell upon the petitioner, these writ petitions stand dismissed.”

In almost identical case brought before this Court by the very petitioner, this Court asked him to comply with the said direction after rejecting his contention that the said matter was different, having been founded on a fresh cause of action.

In view of the above, the Registry shall post the matter only if petitioner deposits Rs.1,00,000/- in terms of the judgment supra, within a period of four weeks, failing which the writ petition shall stand rejected on its own.
