Learned counsel appearing for respondent submits that the order impugned in the writ petition dated 09.06.2021 has since been withdrawn, the order is no longer in existence. The grievance of the petitioner having been redressed by the MUDA, nothing further survives for consideration in the case at hand.
Placing the submission on record, the writ petition is disposed as having rendered infructuous.
In view of disposal of the main petition, the applications - I.A. Nos.1/2021 and 2/2021 do not survive for consideration.
