ORDER
The present PIL has been filed pursuant to the sand
policy issued in the year 2011 and thereafter, a sand policy has been issued in the year 2017.
Learned counsel has fairly stated before this Court that the present PIL be disposed of with a liberty to file a fresh writ petition in case need so arises in future.
Resultantly, the writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
The pending interlocutory applications, if any, stand disposed of.
