Writ Petition No.5470/2021 (CS-RES) has been disposed of by recording the statement of the learned Additional Government Advocate that re-audit in respect of the fifth respondent-Society has been conducted by a Government Auditor.

This review petition has been filed by the Society (fifth respondent in the writ petition) on the ground that it was not notified. The Society cannot have any grievance with regard to audit being conducted by a Government

Auditor. Hence, no grounds to interfere.
