This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to quash the FIR dated 17.04.2021 at annexure-A registered by the 1st respondent police in Cr.No.32/2021 and all other further proceedings pursuant thereto pending on the file of I Addl.C.M.M., Bengaluru against the petitioner for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 354(A), 354(D), 506, 504, 120B, 376, 420 of IPC and Section 67(A) of Information Technology Act.
