This Criminal Appeal is filed under Section 14-A(2) of SC/ST (POA) Act read with Section 439 of Cr.P.C., praying to allow the appeal enlarging him on bail in Special Case No.333/2020 pending on the file of VI Additional District and Special Judge, Mysuru, for the offences punishable under Sections 417, 376(2)(n), 506 of IPC and Section 3(1)(r)(s), 3(1)(w)(1), 3(2)(5a) of SC/ST (POA) Amendment Ordinance, on suitable conditions in the light of facts and circumstances of the case.
This Criminal Appeal coming on for orders this day, the court made the following:

Appellant’s counsel is absent. This appeal is posted before the court for the fifth time for compliance of office objections. Since office objections have not been removed for quite a long time, appeal is dismissed.
