This Criminal Petition filed Under Section, 482 of Cr.P.C by the advocate for the petitioner pleased to quash the entire proceedings against the petitioner in C.C.No.24171/2013 pending on the file of XI-ACMM, Bangalore, for the offences punishable under Sections 381 of IPC, by allowing this criminal petition.
This petition coming on for Orders this day, the court made the following:

None appear for the petitioner either through video conferencing or present before the court physically. But this matter is slated for removal of office objections that has been raised by the Office for third time.
Learned HCGP for the State who is present before the Court physically submitted that the case in C.C.No.24171/2013 which was pending before the Court of XI Addl.CMM, Bangalore for the offence under Section 380 of IPC has been ended in acquittal on 27.05.2019. Therefore, keeping in view the submission made by learned HCGP for State, it is deemed appropriate to state that this petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Ordered accordingly.
