This Criminal Petition filed Under Section, 482 of Cr.P.C by the advocate for the petitioner pleased to quash the FIR in Crime No.91/2018 dated 06.02.2018 pending on the file of II-Addl. Civil Judge (Jr.Dn.,) & JMFC, Shivamogga.
This petition coming on for Orders this day, the court made the following:

O R D E R
Learned counsel Shri H.R.Vishwanath for the petitioners is present before the Court physically.
In this matter seeking for quashment of the case in Crime No.91/2018 which is pending on the file of II Additional Civil Judge and JMFC, Shivamogga for the offence punishable under Sections 417, 418, 419, 420, 465, 468, 120-B r/w 149 of IPC. The incident took place on 12.06.2017. The information is received by the police having jurisdiction on 06.02.2018 at around 17.15 hrs, it is in the terms of the complaint and based upon the complaint, criminal law was set into motion.
In the meanwhile of referring the materials available on record, the counsel for the petitioners who is present before the Court physically fairly submitted that the petitioners are not inclined to persuade the matter. Consequently, seeking for withdrawal of the petition as not pressed.
Keeping in view the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners, it is deemed appropriate that the petitioners be permitted to withdraw the petition as

not pressed. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
In the meanwhile, counsel for the petitioners to file a memo to that effect for the purpose of reference.
Upon disposal of the main petition, I.A.1/2019 and 2/2019 does not survive for consideration, accordingly they are dismissed.
