ORDER
Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo stating that the petitioner Shri. Chandragouda Madiwalgouda Patil has passed away on 19.08.2012 and he got the information by the petitioner’s family members, only on 15.02.2020 and details of the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner is yet to be received by the petitioner’s counsel. Petitioner’s counsel has also filed death certificate of the petitioner along with the memo.
Memo is taken on record. Perused the contents of the memo and also the death extract. The death extract discloses that the petitioner died on 19.08.2012 and the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner are not brought on record well within time. Therefore, the writ petition stands dismissed as abated.
