However, the grievance of the appellant is

that since he was an in-charge Chief Officer for over a decade, he expected that he would be given

a posting as Chief Officer. In the circumstances, liberty is reserved to the appellant to make a representation before the competent authority visà-vis order dated 20.12.2018. It is needless to

observe that if any such representation is made, the same shall be considered by the concerned authority expeditiously and in accordance with law.
