memo enclosing documents to demonstrate that the mutation entries in the name of the

complainants in respect of land bearing Sy.No.215/2A of Gokul village, Hubballi taluk, have been restored and that the same is in accordance with the interim order of stay granted by this Court on 22.07.2016 in Writ Petition No.105874 of 2016. Learned Government Advocate, therefore, submits that the contempt proceedings as against accused may be dropped.

Learned counsel for the complainants, on going through the memo filed by the learned Government Advocate along with the documents appended to it, submits that appropriate orders may be made in the contempt petitions.

We are satisfied that the accused has rectified the mutation entries and restored the names of the complainants in the Revenue Records in terms of the order passed by this Court.
