This Writ Petition filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India praying to call for records and set aside the order dated 24.2.2015 passed in appeal no.908/2003 by the Hon’ble Karnataka Appellate Tribunal, Bangalore and dismiss the said appeal filed by the first respondent and confirming the order passed by the third respondent and direct the first respondent to pay all the consequential benefits forthwith.
This Writ Petition coming on for orders, this day, the court made the following:

objections that were raised have not been complied with though
