This Writ Petition filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India praying to quash the impugned order passed by the learned Karnataka Appellate Tribunal in Appeal No.464/2010 dated 16.8.2014 vide Annexure-H and set aside the impugned orders of the third respondent Assistant Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Chamarajanagara in dispute No.DDS.665/2000-01 dated 23.4.2001 vide Annexure-E.
This Writ Petition coming on for orders, this day, the court made the following:

O R D E R
It is noticed that the petitioner not having complied with the office objections even after six weeks from the date of filing, the matter was listed before the Registrar (Judicial). The counsel for the petitioner had remained absent. Therefore, the matter was listed before this Court. The counsel had failed to appear on 2.12.2015. However, one week’s time was granted.
Even as on date, there is non-compliance. It is therefore evident that the counsel for the petitioner has completely ignored this matter and does not seem to prosecute it. Hence, the petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
