This Writ Petition filed under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India , praise to quash the order dated 31/10/2014 passed on I.A. No. 1,2 and 3, in R.A. No.32/2011, passed by the Senior Civil Judge, Honavar (itinerary court, Bhatkal), the copy of which has been produced herewith and marked as annexure-A.
This petition coming on for orders this day, the Court, passed the following;
