ORDER
In this writ petition the petitioner has prayed for a writ of
mandamus directing the respondents to take action against the
illegal construction put up on property No.6, Ward No.154, 1st
Block, Thyagarajanagar, Basavanagrudi, Bangalore. Before
approaching this court the petitioner gave a representation to the
respondents as per Annexure-B dated 11.05.2013. No prejudice
will be caused to the respondents if they are directed to consider
the petitioner’s representation Annexure-B dated 11.05.2013 in

accordance with law and forthwith. Accordingly the writ
petition is hereby disposed of.
