Initially the writ application was filed challenging the departmental proceeding on various grounds, however, during pendency of this writ application order of punishment has been passed. In order to challenge the order of punishment the petitioner has also filed an interlocutory application for amending the prayer, however, after some argument learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the instant writ application may be disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ application taking all the grounds what has been taken in this writ application.
