The instant writ application has been preferred by the petitioner, praying for a direction upon the respondent authorities, not to interfere with the peaceful possession of the petitioner and further allow him to make construction of other works over the land in question.

2. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner confines his argument only to the extent that his land may be demarcated for which he has already represented before the concerned authority and also paid the fee of demarcation before the Circle Officer.

3. There is no objection from the respondent and

she submits that a liberty may be given to the petitioner

to approach the concerned respondent for his grievance and thereafter a direction may be given to the concerned respondent to pass an appropriate order.

Having regard to the aforesaid facts and circumstance of the case, the instant writ application is hereby disposed of by directing the concerned respondent to treat this writ application as representation and take a decision in the matter with regard to the claim made by the petitioner in accordance with law and applicable Rules and Regulations only with regard to demarcation of his plot for which he has already paid the required fee by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

5. The petitioner is also directed to serve a copy of this writ application to the concerned Respondent (Circle Officer) along with a copy of this Order at the earliest.

6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the instant writ application stands disposed of. Pending I.A.s if any, also closed.
