Saba Khatoon @ Sabbu Khatoon (aged about 16 years), whose prayer for bail in Rajganj P.S. Case No.45 of 2025 had been rejected by the Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Dhanbad (order dated 17.09.2025) and whose rejection had been affirmed by the Special Judge, Children's Court, Dhanbad (order dated 21.11.2025, Cr. Appeal No. 230 of 2025), petitioned in revision. This application is directed against the order dated 21.11.2025 passed by the learned Special Judge, Children’s Court, Dhanbad in Cr. Appeal No. 230 of 2025, whereby and whereunder, the order dated 17.09.2025 passed by the learned Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Dhanbad in connection with Rajganj P.S. Case No.45 of 2025, rejecting the prayer for bail of the petitioner has been affirmed.

It has been alleged that the neighbors had a problem with the third daughter of the informant, who got divorced and started living with the informant. On 01.06.2025, the accused persons, including the present petitioner had committed assault upon the fourth daughter of the informant and when the third daughter of the informant tried to save her, she was also subjected to assault, as a result of which, she succumbed to her injuries.

Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the allegations are general and omnibus in nature. It has further been submitted that petitioner is also a female and in course of investigation, it has come that she had kicked on the abdomen of the deceased. It has also been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since

11.06.2025.

Learned A.P.P has reiterated which has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner with respect to the role played by the petitioner.
