This appeal is directed against the order dated 18.02.2026 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Jamshedpur in B.P. No.82 of 2026 in connection with M.G.M. P.S. Case No.187 of 2025, whereby and whereunder, the prayer for bail of the appellant has been rejected.

It has been alleged that the police had raided the house and the appellant as well as two other co-accused persons were apprehended and from the possession of the appellant, one country made automatic pistol loaded with 3 live cartridges were recovered.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant is in custody since 15.12.2025.

Although, it has been submitted by learned A.P.P. that the appellant has several criminal antecedents but regard being had to the custody of

the appellant undergone by him, we, while setting aside the order dated 18.02.2026 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Jamshedpur in B.P. No.82 of 2026 in connection with M.G.M. P.S. Case No.187 of 2025, direct the appellant be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1^st Class, Jamshedpur.
