2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Karra P.S. Case No.37 of 2026, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 109, 351(2), 61(2) and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 27 of Arms Act pending in the Court of learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Khunti.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and the petitioner is a Peon in forest department posted at Nepal House in Doranda, Ranchi. He draws the attention of the Court to Annexure-2 which is a biometric attendance entry and submits that he has entered in the office on 18.05.2026 at 10:25:03 and has left the office at 18:24:47. He further submits that there is land dispute between the husband of the informant

and the petitioner at Khunti. On these grounds, he submits that anticipatory bail may kindly be granted.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that allegations are made against the petitioner of instructing the person to fire upon the informant hired by the petitioner.

Considering that there is land dispute between the husband of the petitioner and the informant and Annexure-2 is a document which clearly suggests that the petitioner has entered into the office of forest department situated at Nepal House, Doranda at Ranchi on 18.05.2026 at 10:25:03 and has come out from the office at 18:24:47 and the said allegation happened to be of Khunti. In the attending facts and circumstances of this case, I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of his surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Khunti in connection with Karra P.S. Case No.37 of 2026, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
