2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Chatra Sadar P.S. Case No.333 of 2025, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 316(2) and 318(4) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chatra.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and the allegation of duping the informant is upon his brother-in-law namely Yuvraj Saw. He further submits that not even a farthing has been transferred in the account of the petitioner and one co-accused namely Sonu Kumar @ Atish Kumar in whose account a sum of Rs.2,96,000/- has been transferred has been granted anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in ABA No.2859 of 2026. He next submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.15 of the petition. On these grounds, he submits that anticipatory bail may kindly

4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the petitioner is named in the FIR.

On perusal of the FIR, it transpires that there is no allegation of transfer of money, so far this petitioner is concerned in his account and one co-accused namely Sonu Kumar @ Atish Kumar in whose account a sum of Rs.2,96,000/- alleged to have been transferred has been granted anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in the aforesaid ABA and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.15 of the petition, I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of his surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chatra in connection with Chatra Sadar P.S. Case No.333 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
