02/13.07.2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sitaramdera P.S. Case No. 128 of 2020, registered for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1^st Class, Jamshedpur.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that for theft of one Bolero vehicle, two cases have been lodged and the petitioner has been granted regular bail in the case in which the Bolero vehicle has been recovered in Chandil (Kapali) P.S. Case No.153 of 2020. He submits that for the same theft of the said vehicle, another case has been registered and that is the present case. On these grounds, he submits that anticipatory bail may kindly be granted.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that the allegations are there of recovery of the theft Bolero vehicle from the possession of the petitioner.

On query made by the learned counsel appearing for the State fairly submits for the same allegation two F.I.Rs. have been lodged and this is the second F.I.R.

Considering that this is the second F.I.R. arising out of the same incidence and in the earlier case, the petitioner has been granted regular

bail, in the attending facts and circumstances, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the above-named petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court within two weeks from today and in the event of his arrest or surrender, he shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1^st Class, Jamshedpur, in connection with Sitaramdera P.S. Case No. 128 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
