counsel for the State and learned counsel for the Informant.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Keredari P.S. Case No. 35 of 2026 registered under sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 74, 76 AND 3(5) of BNS, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class at Hazaribag.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case and allegations are made of outraging the modesty of the sister of the informant. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioners may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail.

Learned counsels for the State and informant jointly oppose the prayer and submits that allegations are there of outraging modesty.

Looking into contents of F.I.R, it transpires that there are direct allegations against the petitioner no.2 of outraging modesty of the sister of the informant, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner no. 2 namely, Aman Kumar Soni @ Aman Soni. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is hereby rejected.

So far anticipatory bail on behalf of petitioner 1 is concerned, only allegation against the petitioner no.1 is made of making altercation and demanding Rs. 5,00/-, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner no. 1. Accordingly, the above named, petitioner no.1 namely, Krishna Soni is directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of his surrender / arrest, the petitioner no.1 shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/(twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class at Hazaribag, in connection with Keredari P.S. Case No. 35 of 2026, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of B.N.S.S, 2023.
