The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Tisra (Ghanuadih O.P.) P.S. Case No.07 of 2025, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 115(2), 117(2), 121(1), 132, 302(2), 62 and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 pending in the Court of learned J.M. First Class, Dhanbad.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the allegations are made that 100 persons have assembled and obstructed the CISF to go to the colliery. He further submits that the allegations are also made that on the road the boulders were kept. He then submits that allegations are there against 100 persons, however, only the name of the petitioner has been disclosed. He next submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.9 of the petition. He next submits that co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No.6725 of 2025.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that the allegations are there against the petitioner of obstructing the road.

Considering that there are general and omnibus allegation against

100 persons of assembling and putting the boulders on road and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.9 of the petition and co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No.6725 of 2025, I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of her surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned J.M. First Class, Dhanbad in connection with Tisra (Ghanuadih O.P.) P.S. Case No.07 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
