The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No.194 of 2024, for offence registered under section 190, 191(2), 191(3), 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109(1), 351(2), 303(2) of BNS, 2023, pending in court of learned C.J.M., Ramgarh.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that there are case and counter case between the parties and both the sides have received the injury. She further submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph no.12 and co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No. 6942 of 2025.

Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that allegation of assault is there and injury is grievous.

Considering that there are case and counter case between the parties and both the sides have received the injury and petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph no.12 and co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in the aforesaid A.B.A, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioner.

Accordingly, petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender
