Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP.

The petitioner has been made an accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 479 of 2024 arising out of Sidhgora P.S. Case No. 21 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 530 of 2024, registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 326, 307 & 302/34 of the I.P.C., which is pending in the Court of learned A.S.J.I, Jamshedpur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence at all rather he has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons, namely, Chetan @ Chaitan Baskey @ Bosco and Dhanu Tudu have been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 16.01.2026 passed in B.A. No. 11361 of 2025 and order dated 25.09.2025 passed in B.A. No. 8479 of 2025 respectively. It is also submitted that the petitioner is in

custody since 05.07.2024. Petitioner undertakes to cooperate in the trial of the case and abides by all terms and conditions which may be imposed. Hence, the petitioner may be admitted to bail.

Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, I find substance in the contentions raised on behalf of petitioner. Therefore, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. The petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.S.J.-I, Jamshedpur in connection with S.T. Case No. 479 of 2024 arising out of Sidhgora P.S. Case No. 21 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 530 of 2024 with condition that petitioner shall appear physically on each and every date during the trial of case till its conclusion unless his physical appearance is dispensed with for sufficient cause to the satisfaction of the learned trial court and with further condition that petitioner shall not indulge in tampering with the prosecution evidence or influence the witnesses or gain over them.
