2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Nagar Untari P.S. Case No.17 of 2023, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 406, 420, 120B, 384, 379, 467, 468 and 471 of Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M., Nagar Untari, Garhwa.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was working as a salesman in a liquor shop and false allegation is made of defalcation of money. He further submits that Rohit Pratap Deo, who was supervisor of the said liquor shop, has been granted anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in ABA No.2801 of 2023. He then submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.12 of the petition.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that the petitioner happened to be accomplice of Rohit Pratap Deo.

Considering that the petitioner was salesman and the supervisor of said shop has been granted anticipatory bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in the aforesaid ABA and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph No.12 of the petition, I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of his surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Nagar Untari, Garhwa in connection with Nagar Untari P.S. Case No.17 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
