1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Sukhdeonagar (Pandra O.P.) P.S. Case No. 514 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 191 (2), 191 (3), 132, 109, 126 (2), 115 (2), 324 (4)(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 3 of Damage of Public Property Act.

3. On 20.09.2025 at about 6:30 P.M., 400-500 persons attacked Sukhdeonagar (Pandra O.P.) to protest against an accidental death of one Uttam Kumar. It is alleged that accused persons damaged the vehicles of police, parked at the police station and other articles. It is further alleged that some of the police personnel were also injured.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner, rather he has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that there was mob consisting of more than 400-500 in the alleged occurrence. It is further submitted that co-accused have been granted bail in B.A. No. 10374 of 2025 and B.A. No. 10900 of 2025 vide orders dated 19.11.2025 and 03.12.2025 respectively by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. It is further submitted that petitioner is in judicial custody since 23.09.2025. Petitioner undertakes to co-operate in trial of the case and

also abide by all terms and conditions which may be imposed in the matter of granting bail to the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner may be extended the privilege of bail.

5. Learned Addl.P.P appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner, but has not controverted that other coaccused, with similar allegations, have been granted bail by the Coordinate Bench of this Court.

6. Considering the above facts and circumstances of this case, I am inclined to release the above-named petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1^st Class, Ranchi, in connection with Sukhdeonagar (Pandra O.P.) P.S. Case No. 514 of 2025.

7. The bail application is hereby allowed.
