Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP.

2. The petitioner has been made an accused in connection with Sukhdeonagar P.S. Case No.479 of 2025 registered for offences punishable under Sections 75, 77, 79, 351(1), 351(3) of B.N.S., 2023 and Section 67 & 67A of I.T. Act, which is pending in the Court of Learned A.J.C.-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Ranchi.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is that he has posted some photographs of his ex-girl friend and made the same viral on social media for blackmailing.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is in custody since 07.10.2025 and there is no criminal antecedent against the petitioner. Charge-sheet has been submitted and petitioner undertakes to cooperate in the trial of the case and abide by all terms and conditions which may be imposed. Hence, the petitioner may be admitted to bail.

5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the nature of allegation against the petitioner and also in view of his custody, I find substance in the contentions raised on behalf of petitioner. Therefore, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Learned A.J.C.-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Ranchi in connection with Sukhdeonagar P.S. Case No.479 of 2025.

7. Accordingly, this Bail Application is allowed.
