2. The instant bail application has been preferred by the petitioner for grant of regular bail for the offences registered under Sections 137(2), 142, 61(2)(a) of the B.N.S, 2023, however cognizance weas taken for the offence under Sections 137(2), 142, 61(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S, 2023.

3. Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioners are languishing in jail since 07.07.2025. He further submits that the name of the petitioners transpired mainly on the basis of confessional statement of the co-accused. He further submits that the victim was recovered from the house of co-accused Sarita Devi, who has been granted bail vide order dated 09.12.2025 in B.A. No.9377/2025 by a Coordinate Bench of this Court.

4. Per Contra , learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and looking to the fact that the co-accused has been granted bail, the Petitioners are enlarged on bail by

6. It is made clear that during trial the petitioners shall not threaten any witnesses and shall co-operate in trial. Further the petitioners will submit photocopy of their Aadhar Card and mobile number before the court below which they will always keep active and will not change and if any adverse report will come against these petitioners, learned trial court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail of these petitioners.
