2. The Petitioner has approached this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with Ormanjhi P.S. Case No. 167 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 316(5), 318(4), 338, 336(3) and 340(2) of B.N.S. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has committed no offence whatsoever has been alleged in the F.I.R, rather the informant has falsely implicated the petitioner in the present case. He further submits that the informant has deliberately dragged this petitioner into garb of criminal case just in order to extort money and grab his land and the petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 26.11.2025; the petitioner may be enlarged on bail. He lastly submits that the petitioner is ready to abide by every condition as imposed by this Court.

4. Learned A.P.P and learned counsel for the informant oppose the prayer for bail of the Petitioner.

Having regard to the aforesaid facts of the case and considering the nature of allegation made against this petitioner, coupled with the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 26.11.2025; I am inclined to enlarge the Petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the above-named Petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond
