The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Rajmahal P.S. Case No. 131 of 2025, registered under sections 87, 103, 238 of BNS, 2023, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M, Rajmahal.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has been taken by one Ganesh Sah who has already been granted regular bail in B.A. No. 6327 of 2025. He next submits that allegation of establishing physical relationship is against Ganesh Sah. He also submits that petitioner is in custody since 29.10.2025 and he has got no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 13 of the petition.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that allegation of establishing physical relationship is there.

Considering that the name of the petitioner has been taken by one Ganesh Sah who has already been granted regular bail

in B.A. No. 6327 of 2025. The petitioner is in custody since 29.10.2025 and he has got no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 13 of the petition, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on regular bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M, Rajmahal, in connection with Rajmahal P.S. Case No. 131 of 2025.
