The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Bagbera P.S. Case No. 70 of 2025, registered under sections 109, 118(2), 103(1), 3(5) of BNS, 2023, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Jamshedpur.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that altercation took place between co-accused persons and the deceased. He further submits that allegation of discharging bullet is against Rahul Yadav upon deceased and so far petitioner is concerned, there is general and omnibus allegation. He next submits that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent which is disclosed in para 14 of the petition. He also submits that petitioner is in custody since 14.07.2025 and chargesheet has also been submitted.

Learned counsels for the State and informant jointly oppose the prayer and submits that allegation of firing is there.

Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on regular bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Jamshedpur, in connection with Bagbera P.S.
