learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Chandwara P.S. Case No.31 of 2025, registered for the offences under Sections 319(2), 318(4) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1^st Class, Koderma.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the allegations are made that the petitioner has appeared in the recruitment test of Home Guard in place of Suraj Kumar @ Suraj Paswan. He also submits that the false allegations are made of appearance of the petitioner in place of said Suraj Kumar @ Suraj Paswan. He next submits that the said Suraj Kumar @ Suraj Paswan has been granted anticipatory bail in ABA No.6616 of 2025.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the allegations are there of impersonating by the petitioner.

Considering that the person, against whose favour, the petitioner

has appeared, has been granted anticipatory bail in aforesaid ABA. The matter relates to recruitment in Home Guard and the said is being investigated and the appearance on behalf of Suraj Kumar @ Suraj Paswan by the petitioner has been denied, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from the date of receipt of the order and on the event of his surrender / arrest, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/(Twenty-Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount of each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1^st Class, Koderma, in connection with Chandwara P.S. Case No.31 of 2025, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.

This Anticipatory Bail Application is accordingly allowed and disposed of.
