Petitioner is aggrieved by the acquisition of his land for construction of a bridge without notice and no compensation being paid with respect to it.

Petitioner claims to be having title and possession over the land pertaining to Plot Nos.8, 9 and 10, Khata No.06, Mouza Ladi, Thana No.53, measuring an area 6 acre 59 decimals.

It appears that the petitioner has not exhausted alternative remedy and after initial argument seeks liberty to file representation with necessary details before the competent authority raising his objection with regard to non-payment of compensation. On filing of such representation it will be disposed of within six weeks after submission of the said representation.
