The instant Writ Petition has been filed for direction upon the respondents to furnish the certified copy of the Khatiya (Parcha) of Jamabandi No.50 of Mouza- Satar Khorpose, No.385-87, Taluque – Rohini, P.S. Jasidih, District- Deoghar to the petitioner forthwith.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for the same, application had been submitted on 12.11.2024, but the certified copy of the Khatiyan (Parcha) has not been provided till date.

Counter-affidavit has been filed in this case, wherein, specific stand is there that the application has not been filed with complete details in the prescribed format.

Under the circumstances, petitioner may file an application for getting certified copy of the Khatiyan (Parcha) in the prescribed format which will be disposed of and the relevant khatiyan will be provided within four weeks from the date of submission of the said application.

Accordingly, the instant Writ Petition stand disposed of.

Pending I.A., if any, stands disposed of.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Respondent No.2[The Deputy Commissioner, Deoghar] for its compliance at once.
