The present interlocutory application has been on behalf of the petitioners seeking withdrawal of the writ petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioners, while referring to paragraph-2 of the present interlocutory application, submits that the petitioners have approached the appropriate forum for redressal of their grievance and they do not wish to proceed further in the present writ petition. Under the said circumstance, the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition to pursue their grievance before the appropriate forum.

3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners and for the reasons stated in the present interlocutory application, the petitioners are permitted to withdraw the writ petition.
