The said letter also suggests that the final selection list will be issued on 07.08.2024 for appointment on the posts of Assistant Teachers under para as well as non-para categories. It is thus submitted that the afoersaid orders of this Court have now been complied.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering that the afoersaid orders of this Court have now been complied, there is no need to further proceed with the present matter.
