The State of Jharkhand & Ors.] along with other analogous cases, and of the order dated 15.09.2023 passed by the learned Division Bench in L.P.A No. 203 of 2022 [The State of Jharkhand & Ors. Vs. Paras Nath Mandal]. Opposite parties produced letter No. 786 dated 19.06.2024 of the Director, Primary Education, Government of Jharkhand, fixing different dates for the events of counselling in terms of those orders, with the final selection list for appointment to Assistant Teacher posts (para and non-para categories) to be issued on 07.08.2024. Paras Nath Mandal].

Mr. Gaurav Raj, learned A.C to A.A.G-II appearing on behalf of the opposite parties, while producing a copy of letter No. 786 dated 19.06.2024 issued by the Director, Primary Education, Government of Jharkhand to all the

Deputy Commissioners and the District Superintendents of Education in the State of Jharkhand submits that different dates with respect to the events of counselling in terms with the order dated 16.02.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.(S) No. 2378 of 2019 along with other analogous cases as well as the order dated 15.09.2023 passed by learned Division Bench in L.P.A No. 203 of 2022 have been fixed. The said letter also suggests that the final selection list will be issued on 07.08.2024 for appointment on the posts of Assistant Teachers under para as well as non-para categories. It is thus submitted that the afoersaid orders of this Court have now been complied.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering that the afoersaid orders of this Court have now been complied, there is no need to further proceed with the present matter.

The contempt proceedings as against the concerned opposite parties are hereby dropped.

These contempt applications stand disposed of.

Let a copy of letter No. 786 dated 19.06.2024 be taken on record.
