At the very outset, it has been submitted by learned counsel representing RIMS that suffice it would be if petitioners file effective representation before the Director, RIMS, who may place the same before the Governing Body of RIMS being competent authority to pass order in the matter.

Learned counsel for the petitioners does not oppose the submission.

In view of fair submission of parties, I, hereby direct the petitioners to file effective representation raising all the contention and annexing all the documents on which they are relying upon. Upon submission of such representation, the same is directed to be considered by the competent authority within a period of eight weeks after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioners, a reasoned order shall be passed.

Let it be made clear, if petitioners are found entitled for the claim raised by them, their grievances are directed to be redressed within a reasonable period of four weeks thereafter and payment to that effect be made to them. However, if it is found that petitioners are not entitled for the relief prayed for, reasoned order to that effect shall be passed and communicated to them within a period of four weeks thereafter.

With the aforementioned observations and directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
