1. The present criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed for modification of order dated 04.12.2023, passed in A.B.A No.10117 of 2022.
2. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that vide order dated 04.12.2023, the petitioner was granted the privilege of anticipatory bail and he was directed to surrender in the court below within four weeks, but he could not surrender within time as the order could not be communicated to the petitioner as the conducting counsel was absent and as such prayer has been made for granting further time to surrender in the court below.
3. Learned counsel for the State is present.
4. In view of the reasons assigned, the order dated 04.12.2023, passed in A.B.A No.10117 of 2022, is modified to the extent that further two weeks' time from today to surrender is granted to the petitioner.
5. With above modification, the present Cr.M.P. stands disposed of.
