Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Apprehending her arrest, the applicant-lady has renewed her prayer for grant of privilege of anticipatory bail in connection with Chouparan P.S. Case No.360 of 2022, registered for the offence under Sections 341/ 323/ 325/ 326/ 307/34 of IPC, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Hazaribag.

Earlier the anticipatory bail application of this applicant was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 17.01.2024 passed in A.B.A. No.2424 of 2023.

Innocence has been claimed and undertaking has been given for cooperation with the investigating agency and participation in the trial. It has been submitted that the applicant is a lady. Further, the allegation is general and omnibus in nature. On the above basis, prayer for anticipatory bail has been renewed.

Learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the fact that the applicant is a lady, I am inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the applicant. Accordingly, the above named applicant is directed to surrender in the Court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of this order and in the event of her arrest or surrender, the Court below shall enlarge the above named applicant, on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Hazaribag in connection with Chouparan P.S. Case No.360 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.

Further, the applicant will submit self-attested copy of her Aadhar Card and also give her mobile number before the learned court below, which she will not change during pendency of this case without prior permission of the court.
