Heard both the sides.
The petitioner- Pradeep Ganjhu is in custody since 27.03.2023 in connection with Tandwa P.S. Case No. 58 of 2023 corresponding to S.T. No.294 of 2023 for the offence registered under Sections 302, 201, 120B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Chatra.
Earlier bail application of this petitioner was rejected by this Court on merit on 01.09.2023 and the same has been renewed on the ground that charge has been framed.
Learned A.P.P. opposed the prayer for bail.
I do not find any change of circumstance for renewal of bail.
The prayer for bail of the petitioner, is hereby, rejected. However, learned trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and concluded it preferably within nine months from the date of the order.
