Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The petitioner named above has been made accused in connection with Sisai P.S. Case No. 46 of 2022 (G.R. No. 350 of 2022) for the offence under Sections 392 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act, pending in the court of S.D.J.M., Gumla.
Earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected by this Court on merit vide order dated 23.06.2023 passed in B.A. No. 4271 of 2023 with an observation to conclude the trial within six months.
Prayer for bail of the petitioner is being renewed on the ground that more than six months have elapsed.
Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Court below.
