Police Station in village Mattar at the house of Suraj Mandal along with his brother-in-law cybercrime was being committed. The Team was constituted to conduct raid while the raid was conducted at the indicated place. Three persons began to flee away. Two were apprehended at the spot, who were identified as Sagar Kumar Mandal and Sundar Kumar Mandal and it was told by Sunder Kumar that the person who fled away was Suraj Mandal. Thereafter the search was made of Sagar Mandal and Sunder Mandal as well. From the possession of Sunder Mandal (A) from right hand (I) Infinix Android Mobile Set which IMEI No. 35373 58973 41180 and 35373 58973 41198 with JIO Mobile No. 70654 78401 (II) Oppo Android Mobile Set which IMEI No. 86815 60605 31234 and 86815 60605 31226 with JIO Mobile No. 96081 12137 and 87090 05159 (B) from the left pocket of half pant of Sunder Kumar Mandal (iii) I-Phone Mobile Set which IMEI No. 35664 20800 74130 with JIO SIM Sl. No. 89918 73040 03131 98034 (iv) Realme Android Mobile Set which IMEI No. 86615 10685 44117 and 86615 10685 44109 with JIO Mobile number 93306 86043 and behind the cover concealed JIO Mobile No. 89109 67247 (SIM Sl. No. 89918 73040 03131 97846 were recovered and the mobile phones and SIM cards which were recovered from the house it was told by Sunder Kumar same belonged to Suraj Mandal.

SIM cards, credit/debit card were closed and the persons were duped after sharing the Mobile Screen App like ANYDESK TEAM VIEWER etc. All these incriminating articles were seized in presence of witnesses and this F.I.R. was registered.

Himanshu Kumar Singh Son of Vijay Singh, resident of 58 Kasan Road, I.M.T. Manesar, District Gurgaon, Haryana. Likewise, the mobile Phone 9330686043 which was recovered from possession of Sunder Kumar Mandal same was in name of Kausila Thapa, resident of House No.11/4, Canal Circular Road, Ultadanga Main Road, Kolkata, West Bengal. Mobile Phone No. 9608112137 also this one in the name of petitioner himself. While the mobile phone 8910967247 is in the name of Sunil Sao, Son of Manik Sao, resident of House No.10/38 address Radhanath Choudhary Road, Tangra, Kolkata, West Bengal. The mobile phone No.8709005159 which was also recovered from the possession of Sunder Kumar Mandal was in the name of Anand Mandal of village Mattar, P.S. Karmatand, District-Jamtara. This shows that the involvement of the petitioner in using the different SIM cards of different persons in order to commit cyber-crime and these SIM cards were forged and used as a forged.
