Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 186/2024, arising out of Muffasil (Pandrasali O.P) P.S. Case No. 97/2023, registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, West Singhbhum, Chaibasa.

On 13.06.2023 at about 07:00 P.M., the informant was waylaid by 7 to 8 persons in an isolated place in Badiya forest. The miscreants looted Rs.80,000/-, laptop, mobile phone and other articles.

It was submitted that petitioner is neither named in the FIR nor he was put on test identification parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It appears that similarly situated coaccused has been granted bail by this court vide B.A. No. 6469/2024

Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent

Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case and considering the fact that there is no cogent material against the petitioner on the record, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/(Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each
