2. These writ petitions have been filed for the following reliefs:
“ That the petitioners, member of Other Backward Class, resident of Palamau District and Garhwa District, Graduate from Ranchi University and teachers training 'Shiksha Shastri' (B.ed) from Varanasi Sanskrit University and his session was 1988- 89 and result was published in the year 1989, declared successful in Teachers Recruitment Exam.2002-03 conducted by Jharkhand Public Service Commission, prays for issuance of an appropriate writ, order and

direction to the respondent to issue letter of appointment which has been declined on the ground that the petitioners’ teacher training certificate namely Shiksha Shastri from Varanasi Sanskrit University ( an Institution of National importance, Govt. of India and is deemed University under U.G.C, Act) is not recognized by NCTE, though as a matter of fact that the NCTE Act came into force with effect from 1.7.1995 where the petitioners had obtained the B.ed degree from the said institute in the year 1993 and 1989 respectively. It is further submitted that the similar writ allowed by this Hon'ble Court as well as the Hon'ble Supreme Court. It is further submitted that like the petitioners’ case the Govt. has itself appointed to the teachers who has got training from the above said institution along with the petitioners and at present the teacher working under the Respondent authority but the petitioners’ case has not considered by the respondent authority which is totally discriminatory, arbitrary and unjustified and against the article 14 and 16 of the Constitution of India.”

Pursuant to the order dated 03.02.2023, wherein it was pointed out to the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners had earlier moved this court in W.P.(S) No. 6106 of 2004 which was withdrawn on 23.09.2010, the matter was adjourned and was directed to be listed today. The learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, submits that he does not want press the present writ petitions.
4. Accordingly, these writ petitions are dismissed as not pressed.
5. Pending I.A., if any, is closed.
6. Interim orders, if any, are vacated.
